• We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or altered products under any circumstances.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Email contact@tripleaskinscience.shop with:
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or a refund where appropriate.
